(Marvel Comics) X-Force 1 Value. Conceived by writer/illustrator Rob Liefeld , the team first appeared in New Mutants 100 (April 1991) and soon afterwards was featured in its own series called X-Force. X-Force is a fictional team of superheroes appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics, most commonly in association with the X-Men.
